Roofplus Roofing & Sheet Metal LTD
Kaum Batty
Owner and Manager
Red Seal Certified Roofer
I was born and raised here in Williams Lake, and I am proud to own and operate Roofplus Roofing & Sheet Metal LTD as a local, family-owned business.
I completed my roofing training through the Roofing Contractors Association of British Columbia, where I studied to become a Red Seal Certified Roofer. That training, combined with years of hands-on experience in the field, has shaped the way I approach every project: with proper planning, practical knowledge, and a commitment to doing the work correctly.
As the owner, I personally oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, from estimating and project planning to quality control and customer communication. I believe that customers deserve clear communication, honest recommendations, and workmanship that is completed properly, not just quickly.
Roofplus Roofing & Sheet Metal LTD provides professional roofing, custom sheet metal, repairs, maintenance, and exterior services for residential, commercial, and industrial properties throughout Williams Lake and the surrounding Cariboo region.
As a local company, we take pride in standing behind our work and treating every project with the care, accountability, and professionalism our customers expect.
Testimonials
I've got an older mobile home with a roof that got slapped on that was not properly installed. (Not by them) They managed to re-vent the bathroom exhaust fan, extend a pipe, and fix a spot between my main and addition. I had an issue with gross air coming into my bathroom, and leaks. Both issues got fixed, and I appreciate their hard work, and how quickly they got me booked in.
The team at Roof Plus were exceptional - I had them replace some siding and install a new roof! Great service from the time Kaum came to do the quote, to his team doing the install! I asked them to do more work on top of the existing quote and the pricing was fair and done in a timely manner! Really appreciate the Roof Plus team for all they did for me. If needed there services again they would be who I will call.
Kaum and his team have been absolutely amazing!
I had three roofers come by my place and none would do the work and I was about to loose my home insurance!
Not only did Kaum come through and agreed to do the job, but he did it when he said he would, it looks amazing, and he did it within a couple of 100 dollars of the estimate!!
I can truly recommend Roofplus to anyone needing a professional and trustworthy roofer!!
